Calibration:
1. Excitation voltage regulation
1.1 Transmitter 24V power supply,
a) When output signal is 0-10mA, 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V and ± 5V,
Excitation voltage is adjusted to 8-10.5V, (load ≤ 500Ω), factory default setting is 10.1V,
b) When output signal is 0-10V, excitation voltage is adjusted to 11-12VDC, (load ≤ 500Ω), factory default setting is 11V;
1.2 Transmitter 12V power supply
When output signal is 0-10mA, 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V and ± 5V, the excitation voltage is adjusted to 6-8.5V, (load ≤ 320Ω), factory default setting is 8.01V
1.3 User can adjust the "VR" according to actual situation. Adjust excitation voltage according to the sensor impedance but should not be higher than the max. Excitation voltage of load cell otherwise it will cause damage to the sensor or the sensor will not work properly.
2. Zero adjustment
First leave the system under no-load state, adjust the "ZERO" potentiometer to adjust the zero deviation.
Till the indication is to zero.
3. Gain adjustment
Add certain weight to the system, (recommend 60% to 100% full scale), Calculate output value based on the ratio of added weight and the max. measuring value. Adjust the "SPAN" potentiometer till the indicator is to Load ratio indication
4. Re-examination
leave the system under no-load state, measure zero output; add certain weight, measure the output again and see whether it is in line with the expected gain. If not, please repeat steps 2, 3
Note: After the adjustment is done, fix the end of the potentiometer with a sealant or glue to prevent any changing of potentiometer's resistance from vibration
Terms and Conditions
1, in strict accordance with the definition of wiring, with particular attention to distinguish between the sensor and the output side, the wrong wiring may cause no output or damage.
2, Except the potentiometer, all other electronic components should not have any change.
3, the device should be installed to the place without vibration impact, the installation should be reliable, beware of bumps and no strong corrosive gas around
